• I don't understand the $59 charge, could you explain this?
  Our charge to process and submit a US travel authorization application is $59.00. This includes the $ 14.00 fee charged by the US government. This will show up as one charge of $ 59.00 on your credit card statement. Customers with further questions about the charge are welcome to contact us. Please include your full name, email address and last four digits of the credit card used.
  
  
• What agency, embassy or government are you associated with?
